To help you relax and unwind, here are some simple 2-step DIYs with fruits and ingredients you can easily find at home.

No. 1 Purifying Strawberry Facial via Organic Authority

A natural skin wonder, strawberries contain salicylic acid that gently exfoliates and removes impurities to make your complexion smooth and bright.

Instructions: Puree 1/2 cup of ripe strawberries with 1/4 cup cornstarch, then apply to skin for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold water after.

No. 2 Moisturising Banana and Honey Hair Mask via Hello Natural

Bananas soften your hair and protect its natural elasticity, while honey keeps it smooth and moisturised. Enjoy strong healthy locks that are protected from the effects of Singapore's climate!

Instructions: Blend 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup raw organic honey, and 1/2 cup olive oil until a pureed consistency. Apply from top of head to tips of the hair and cover it with a shower cap for 10 minutes before washing it away thoroughly.

No. 3 Rejuvenating Milk Foot Soak by Pallavi Srivastava

Ahhh, a relaxing foot soak sounds absolutely delightful for tired feet after a busy week at work!

Instructions: Blend together 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of water, and a little bit of cinnamon. Apply the mixture to your feet and soak them in water.
